I lived at Towson Crossing last year and moved out because of money problems. Me and my family returned to Towson Corssing this year. I can tell you, the reviews are crazy, it was not a nightmare, I would have never lived here under Pelham Woods,I had friends that lived there, it was drug infested, the apartments were not kept up, it was not a place I would have caled home, the rents were cheap, but you got what you paid for. The maintenacne team were not good, there was so much thief and things didn't get fixed, the office staff were ok, but not professional and sometimes getto. I went with my friend to pay rent one day and it was not a nice time. Towson, really is the CREAM OF THE CROP in this area. I know people don't like change and people are so mean and unhappy, because happy people don't write these reviews. The company that bought Pelham is doing a GREAT JOB, I came back. I don't get involved in the gossip from the old maintenacne people.

It would seem to me that someone who had to move out of Pelham Wood/Towson Crossing (of all places) because of money problems is probably not used to living in a decent apartment complex anyway.

If you lived in "parksville" your whole life you would know its PARKVILLE...NOT Parksville.....

No the people that brought Pelham Woods are not doing a "Great Job" Those apts need to be knocked down and done over. I lived there and my whole building had mice we could not get rid of them. The rental office knew this problem was happening and they could care less. You must be use to living in that condition.

They went in and fixed the mice problem over the summer/fall. The office staff was always caring and professional...I wonder who you were dealing with?

I think this is one of the ignorant staff members, and judging by the poor spelling and grammar in the last positive review, I think both reviews are written by the same person.

As you can see, the Pelham Woods/Towson Crossing staff is posting reviews on this website to keep a somewhat positive rating. This is the worst apt. complex Parkville has to offer and the should be written up for poor maintenance, poor professional costumer service, poor security monitoring, poor upkeep of the complex grounds (roads/driveways have not been paved in years, apt complexes are missing window panes/mice everywhere!!!). If you can recommend this place to one of your friends then you must not like them at all!! This place has to be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up. Furthermore, the first reviewer on this page is indeed an idiot. You pay money to live in decent conditions with a staff; no matter what the price of rent is, that cares about your well being and sastifaction. "Get what you pay for" is a ghetto mentality that only shows this person is of limited expectations of his/herself.

I will repeat what I've said in other reviews -- where do you live. I have not seen a mouse here since I've been here, nor have I ever had a problem with maintenance, nor with the office staff. But then again I'm not a proffessional complainer, nor do I expect staff to kiss my butt for the amount of rent I am paying. But then again, maybe it's because I'm not a ghetto baby, and I really don't find the amount of rent charged here to be unreasonable or even particulary expensive.

I'm still laughing at this posting! Move out - then come back...rent and prices increase with time (am I missing something)? Can not possibly have readers believe what you've typed...I was a tenant at the infamous Pelham Woods (2 yrs if the disgust serves me correctly) and given the choice of move-out or relocate to the fictitious updated apartments. Things were only worse! Higher rent, paying for water, sewage and garbage in which I paid for the neighbor to the left of me and the neighbor below me - based on when they signed their leases (freaking incredible)! How many times did I contact the health department, those I voted for and put in office, water companies, etc., don't mention corporate and the rental office??? The roaches, waterbugs, flies and free loading rodents was too much for my child and I to handle for one (1) year in the MODEL apartment. The crime (drive by - stick up boys), usually 3-4 times a week I was greeted by helicopters flying over my head or later in the evening shining their lights over and thru my windows. For staff members who continue to make fictitious postings and possibly impersonating as "happy tenants" - stop the madness! It's really really sad to know that "Persons of Color" can be intimidated and allowed to pay their hard earned money to be disrespected and neglected so much. I/We are to believe that You = babygirl1967 is possibly a person of the darker hue, LMAO! You are two years younger than I...yes, we are all different. With returning to the Parkville/Towson area - terminology now to use is "Cream of the Crop". Pure victim of the plantation mentality ;)
