I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I have been living here for almost a year now and I hate it. It is way to much for the problems you have. I have not had water for the last two days. I called the rental office and they told me to call the county...isn't that the perk of renting you shouldn't have to handle issues like that. But anyway I called because I need water and after wasting the whole day calling and calling the county finally tells me that it is a problem that the rental office needs to take care of. Another thing is they have a mouse problem. I called three weeks ago for an exterminator and I still haven't seen one. So I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!!

I can't believe they told YOU to call the county!!! It is not like you are the owner of that property - the management is supposed to handle that sort of thing. I hope you can get out of there soon! I lived there 17 years ago and it was nice - sounds like they ran that place into the ground!

I recently made an appointment to see a two bedroom apartment at Towson Crossing. I took off from work to go look at apartments. I spoke with a leasing consultant who stated I was being placed in the book at 3pm. I arrived at Towson Crossing to see a two bedroom apt. and hopefully sign my new lease. OMG, was I disappointed. When I arrived at the leasing office there was nobody there to help me. The girl sitting at the desk stated she did not work at that office anymore and was just filling in. I was advised that the leasing agent who sat up the appt. decided to just take the day off and did not take the time to reschedule his appts. I was then directed to the (I think) property manager name Carol who was very nasty. That was my turn off right there. She told me I would need to reschedule my appt. for another day. I told her I had taken off from work and could not reschedule. I asked her if she could help me since she was the property manager. I figured she should be able to help me or at least find someone on her staff to help me. She stated, we don't have any two bedroom apts. to show you at this time and I said you need to reschedule. She said she was going to lunch and left out of the leasing office. I was left standing in towson crossing leasing office looking like a damn fool. I will most definitely not be moving there or refering anyone there. I have began writing my letter to corporate making them aware of this problem and letting them know they lost out on a good future resident because of poor management. Hopefully I will get a response back or something will be done so nobody else has to go through what I wnet through. It was a terrible experience. Carol fat ass needs to be dealt with before towson crossing loses more residents and dont gain any new ones. From a scale of 1-10, customer service there gets a 1.
