We have been living here for 4 months, and I have nothing but good things to say about the area. I love that it is so close to the Baltimore-Annapolis bike trail. The complex is boxed on three sides by major highways (Rt 100 to the north, Rt 2 to the west, Rt 10 to the east), and even with all the throughfair, it still remains a quiet community. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is very very nice. The parking situation is great - we have 3 vehicles, and always have room for all of them. The only sub-standard aspect of the community is the fitness room. They have plenty of cardiovascular equipment, but the weight training equipment is severly lacking. We have no complaints about our neighbors, everyone pretty much keeps to his or herself, I hope to change that - build more of a sense of community.
