Moved i July 04 - Sept 05 from NYC. After many trips back and forth from NY to MD, we settled on Marley Run. Lucky for us we got the liberty style 1 bedroom at a discounted price. The people were polite but a little snobbish. We respected quiet hours but the neighbors would not let you live on the weekends. A couple of times the police were called on us, but it was our bottom neighbors who made the noise, they were caucasion we are ------- american (interesting, I know). Besides seeing a two women fighting in the parking lot while one was holding a toddler, not much was going on in the neighborhood. All in all for my first apartment in MD it was nice, above average for the price range.
