Very nice neighborhood, good neighbors, except for the noisy one who lives right above us. Moved Dec 05, never have had problems with thieves or incidents in the parking lot. No reserved spots in the parking lot, it can get a little crowded in the weekends. Office staff very nice and friendly. Maintenance is very efficient, sometimes they even get the problem fixed the very same day I reported. This is probably the nicest place to live in Pasadena, so I guess you have to pay the price.
