My husband and I just moved in this week and love it so far. Everyone has been so friendly. Our apartment is very clean. On our day of move in we noticed that the oven fan was out and that one of the screens were bent. We didn't want to be charged for this when we moved out so we put it on our move in form, but didn't really care if it was fixed. Within 12 hours they both were replaced. We know it is still early but have been very impressed.
