MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY SINCE FEBUARY OF 2007, THE MANAGMENT THINKS THEY ARE BETTER THEN RHE RESIDENTS, VERY HIGH IN RENT, TRASH IS ALWAYS PILLED HIGH AT THE DUMPSTER, EVERYOTHER DAY THE TRASH IS ALL DOWN THE STAIRS TO THE DUMPSTER. VERY NASTY. THE MAINTANCE IS VERY RUDE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MARLEY RUN APARTMENTS TO ANY. WHEN THEY FOUND DRUGS IN THE NEIGHBOR HOOD, MANAGMENT ACTED LIKE THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT. THIS COMMUNITY IS ERY OVER RATED.

Was there different management staff last year? The people here now, including maintenance, have just been super to deal with, I've found. Very gracious, friendly, helpful. The trash is definitely a problem, but that is the fault of lazy residents, not the leasing staff...
