Much nicer then a lot of complexes but have had an insect problem from day one. Has been exterminated three times and can't get rid of them. Spiders, silverfish,earwigs,huge centipedes, ticks and about twenty unidentifiable insects that I have never seen. Don't know if they come through vents or what but it is really gross.

You took the words right out of my mouth! The insect problem is abolutely horrendous. I will surely have nightmares about those fuzzy centipede monstrosities for the remainder of my life. If can afford this dump, you can certainly afford a much nicer place in a more favorable location than Pasadena

I totally agree. I don't know how to get rid of the nasty, slivering silverfish. they absolutely scare and disgust me... and management could give a rats ass less.
