OMFG! I can't believe the level of noise in the buildings along Gov. Ritchie Highway. If you move in ANY of these bldgs along Rt. 2, make sure you have super-duper earplugs. The noise will make you homicidal! At night these PasaDIRTY street punks and kids drag race on this strip from K-Mart parking lot to the Double T diner. FRIDAY NIGHTS ARE THE WORST. I'm so mad that AACounty allows this to happen. I'd rather look at an ugly sound proofing wall then to hear these souped up cars racing ALL EFFING NIGHT LONG.

The apartment themselves are very nice. However the stove/oven, washer, dryer in my apartment are obviously from the 1980s. I live on the top floor and have never heard my neighbors below or along side of me. The heating/cooling system is terrible. Outdated thermostat and apartment barely gets warm in the winter and is sweltering on a warm spring day. I've put in several requests to maintenance and the management staff whom obviously does not give a damn. Speaking of maintenance... they are sketchy looking characters. At one point they were installing smoke detectors throughout the community and they just knocked once and let themselves in. I was in the bed when this fool walked right into my bedroom. I was totally upset...

They just implemented this new parking permit scheme, which is a nightmare. It's totally stupid and people just park wherever they want to park anyway.

I will NOT be renewing my lease. THE DRAG RACING NOISE HAS DRIVEN ME STIR CRAZY.
