Bugs, Shady Maintenance Crew, Noisy...Don't sign the lease!

I also, like the previous reviewer, live in one of the buildings located along Gov. Ritchie Highway (Rt.2)....I have to use earplugs every night. The speeding cars and late night races are impossible to block out, even with earplugs I never get a good night of sleep.
I really hope nothing goes wrong with anything in my apartment because I'm literally afraid of the maintenance crew being in my house. When I first moved in, I put in a work request to change the lock on my outside storage door (the key they originally gave me did not fit because the lock had rusted out) and the day they came to replace the lock, I found dirty footprints all over my apartment, including around both sides of my bed in the bedroom. Shady that they would need to search around my bed, especially when the work order was for something OUTSIDE(I live on the first floor, they didn't even really need to come inside).
Another thing that has been mentioned on some of the other reviews is the BUG PROBLEM. On top of the management's scheduled pest treatments, I bought and used the strongest stuff I could find all over my apartment...the bugs just don't die and there are tons of them of all different sorts.
The horribly outdated heating/cooling/range/refrigerator/washer/dryer/dishwasher make my electric bill on average $250 a month. I live by myself and my work takes me all over the country so I'm barely there and it still is that high...outrageous.
There are some good things about Marley Run. They just bought brand new bikes that you can use free of charge. They have a gas grill in the pool area that's pretty nice. They have two computers with internet access, a printer/scanner, and free coffee in the club house. The insulation is very effective, I rarely ever hear my neighbors moving around. Parking is plentiful and they just made a new parking permit requirement so random people stop parking and storing their cars there.
I will not be renewing my lease. In fact, I will be paying the fee of one month's rent to break my lease.
