Tenement Delight

Very noisy place. Walls are paper thin, so you really get to know your nieghbors!

Only ONE dumpster in the whole place.

Add at least $30 a month for water.

Staff is flippant after you sign the lease.

Be prepared to pay for cleaning the carpet after you leave. Apparently Marley Run thinks rent does not cover maintenance of the place and will charge you on the way out.
