I love it! I love my apartment! It's perfect for me and my doggy. This place has a dog park, pool and gym. Been stationed here for about 2 years so its convenient to work. The neighbors and staff are nice.

this place is a joke avoid management sucks, if you need something repaired, good luck,they charge you for water and sewage,snow removal, you should take a week vacation, they don't even shovel sidewalks, they expect you to do it. if lights are out in hallway you

Look elsewhere I lived here 7 years - the past two the place went down hill fast. If you complain about litter, animals crawling on top your ceiling or loud noise from neighbor - Manager will promise to "look into that"...Six months later - nothing changes. I have lived in Maryland Apts

Tenement Delight Very noisy place. Walls are paper thin, so you really get to know your nieghbors!
Only ONE dumpster in the whole place.
Add at least $30 a month for water.
Staff is flippant after you sign the lease.
Be prepared to pay for cleaning the carpet after you leave. Apparently

Marley Run Apartments I will not recommend this place to anyone. If you don't mind living with insects and mice then it's your best option, otherwise, stay away from this area. Marley Run Management is quite slow to respond to the tenants requests or to take any appropriate actions.
