Marley Run Apartments I will not recommend this place to anyone. If you don't mind living with insects and mice then it's your best option, otherwise, stay away from this area. Marley Run Management is quite slow to respond to the tenants requests or to take any appropriate actions.

ok, but expensive I've lived there for almost a year, and the apartment itself is average, not worth the price. You're really paying for all the amenities, which I unfortunately don't get to use as much. Might be better for a couple or roommates, but not cost

The community MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY SINCE FEBUARY OF 2007, THE MANAGMENT THINKS THEY ARE BETTER THEN RHE RESIDENTS, VERY HIGH IN RENT, TRASH IS ALWAYS PILLED HIGH AT THE DUMPSTER, EVERYOTHER DAY THE TRASH IS ALL DOWN THE STAIRS TO THE DUMPSTER. VERY NASTY.

If you can afford it. Enjoyed my stay, staff was always helpful and freiendly. Maintenance was quick to respond and the landscaping was well maintained. Parking was adequate and security was better than expected. The amenities (swimming pool, computer room with internet and fax capacity)
