Second and third floors are OK; first floor is way too loud.

I have been here about four months, and the place is acceptable. The one problem, though, is if you live on the ground floor (like I do). The air handlers for the heat pump in the winter (and AC in the summer) for your apartment and the two above you are located outside your bedroom window. These things are quite loud and I have taken to sleeping with ear plugs. So, I would recommend either the second or third floors, but not the first floor. The grounds could use some work, too.
