Staff will verbally attack you for questioning why maintenace tasks are not being done. God forbid you think them locking you out of your apartment and not providing a way to get in is unacceptable. It wasn't for unpaid rent, they just decided half the community didn't have their locks keyed correctly. Then when you give them the recipt for the locksmith that came out at 9pm they tell you that they will have to review it and decide if they're liable for it. I would not step foot in any place managed by Bozzuto or Gables again.
