Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
i called in to report a problem needing repair. a couple of days later, i called back to check and they don't have on the record that my apt needs repair. i have to give them the information again. they are either lousy at taking down notes as what needed repair or just ignore you. you should expect to call/stop by a few time to get your message through.
