Lived here for 9 months. My 1 year lease is almost up and slapped with a whopping $70/month increase in rent. They are already charging me a high $975. Granted I picked the 3rd floor to avoid noise, but you can't avoid annoying neighbours playing loud bass music despite complaining. Quail Ridge has gone downhill in recent years. Took them 2 months to change lightbulbs. I had to tell them several times to do so. Materials of the building/units are wishy washy, not awesome, quite cheap actually. If you can afford the overly (almost rip off) high rent, then maybe good place for you. It is safe, no rodents, some bugs of course, but generally ok. Management is nice and listen to your request and even write it down in their trusty notepad, but will they ever honor your complaint is anyone's guess.
