I'd live there again

I lived there from 2000-2004 and would recommend this community.
Aside from one prick maintenance guy who must have hated his job, maintenance fixed problems timely and competently. Problems included a leak under the bathroom sink, A/C not cooling, leaky kitchen disposal, and washing machine knob that was stuck (rusted in place').
No issues with loud music, domestic squabbles, crime, vandalism, loitering (well maybe once or twice).
Upstairs neighbors' footsteps only sounded like a faint squeak, and upstairs neighbors' vacuuming sounded only like a slight hum.
Didn't like Charlotte the manager when Bozzuto took over. She wanted to inspect all the units, but couldn't tell me when my unit was scheduled, and didn't bother to tell me if she'd inspected it yet.
Plenty of storage space inside the unit. Small rooms meant lower energy costs.
