I have lived here through Bozzato Management. and now Gables Management.
I lived in Lincoln Woods and Now reside in Quail Ridge. I have had no service and they don't return calls much less fix anything quickly! I have suffered floods in both apartments and hope it never gets hot for you as surely you re a/C will break down and you won t get it fixed in a timely manner.
They have closed 1 of 2 pools and keep saying they are luxury community while reducing services and amenities. I heard they went section 8
and I have personally had friends whose apartments were broken into or motorcycles stolen.
OH AND THEY NEVER HAVE APARTMENTS READY ON TIME
OR EVEN CLEAN for moving in
MANY RESIDENTS besides myself have ALSO EXPERIENCED THIS AS WELL.
Thank God for outside contractors
