Well I moved in around March of 2006 right as new management took over. I was sold that dream and given a nightmare. The maintenance staff are the only individuals that have people skills and actually showed concern for the resident's well beings. I was given the opportunity to break my lease after writing complaint letters for 4 months and could not be happier. When I moved my dog, a whole 15 pound dog, in I was given a complete inspection and had to provide all this documentation, yet a merely 4 months later TWO german shepards moved in right down stairs. When I asked how that happened, it was because there was a statement saying that as long as the dog was under 20 pounds it was ok. So once the dogs reached 20 pounds they were off site. But that didn't happen to the people living in the same apartment now with 2 labs and a cat. Constant pot smoking and I would not reccomend walking around at night.
Can't wait to move out!

The information came directly from management, its written on the lease as well.... Plus "German Shepards" are a restricted breed according to the lease.
