Think twice before you ever sign that lease!

This place is frustrating me. I thought I had made a good deal by signing a lease here but i was totally wrong. When i moved in, the place is not totally done. There are some things that need to be replaced and fixed and it would take them almost forever to fix stuff here. I checked my apartment unit 3 days before I moved in and it was still a total destruction. i think they tried to fix everything the day before I moved in. What frustrates me the most is that you can practically see the maintenance crew driving around with their golf carts around the complex and it would leave you wondering when is your apartment gonna be fixed. If you have been to more than 2 apartments before in the past that provides excellent service to its tenants (like if you have some problems to fixed, they would fixed it the very next day), you can totally have a basis of comparison and this apartment complex is not highly recommended at all. It look them almost two months to fix a single thing that can be easily fixed and it requires me a lot of my time, effort and energy just to make constant follow ups with the leasing office for simple things that should have been fixed in the first place.
So, think twice before you sign that lease. You might regret it. One year can become a very very long time. . .

Maintenance never gets done. Our A.C. was out for 4 days during the hottest days of the whole summer. Even after they fixed it,it really didn't work right.

I would have to agree with both comments. I moved out a year ago when the only decent people worked here. Dwane and Cristy and Kelly. This places aparently turns over more people than apartments. I came back several months ago ( b/c of the economy and my husbands surgery we were forced to foreclose and move back here)to discoved everyone i liked was now gone and replaced with people who do not know what they are doing.
