This was once a nice place. I lived here many years. Many, many years. As things in and around your apartment get old, outdated and break, you would think someone would do something about it. WRONG. I had my air conditioner replaced back in the early 90s. Okay. So the unit I have is now SEVENTEEN years old. And it doesnt work. What I mean by that. I suffered this summer with extreme hot tempetures in my home. The air condiontion cooled to 78-80 degrees, at best on a 90 degree day. It was bad the year before, but not that bad. After many, many calls, it was "fixed" The filter was change, freon was put in. Time, and time, again. I must have had someone come out and service it once a week. Why couldnt they just replace it' I'm sure the time spent working on mine must have cost them a lot of money too.

When things break, or go wrong in the apartment I use to rely on someone to help me out. Now your are on your own. Be prepared to wait for someone to come service your washing machine. And I mean wait. About 3 weeks. 16 days actually. They don't have a laundry room on site so if your washing machine doesnt workk then you are stuck with no clean clothes. My dryer wasnt drying my clothes. I waited about a month until they sent out a contractor to clean my vent. A MONTH!

I could go on for a long time. This place really use to be something else. The office is now in disarray. New people constantly. They don't seem organized. I read a comment here that someone was not notifed tat their contract was going to expire. Well mine was expired for months before I even informed them. Thats their job not mine.

I'm really sad for this place.
