There really isn't a need to write a long review as it's all been said before. The facilities this place has to offer are decent. They're not amazing but they're not ghetto. Things are getting older and starting to break but the staff isn't doing anything about it.
We've lived here since May 2008. When we moved in, we had no washer. Apparently one was on order, and was delayed in arriving. Three days later we finally got our new washer. On to the next problem. Our storage unit doesn't lock. There's a lock on the door, but the building has shifted (this is White MARSH, our complex is totally slanted now as it has settled). They have put blocks of wood inside the door to lock into. That's apparently not working anymore, as we can't get it to lock at all. After 6 months, we FINALLY got the door fixed. This took 20 calls, letters etc to be completed. Oh yea, another one. The apartment above us had a leak in the bathroom, causing our ceiling to bubble and eventually open up. This also has left us with some nice water spots. Well it's taken 3 months to get them to come out and patch the hole. They were coming back the next day to paint the patch and cover the stains. Hmmmm guess what.... still waiting.
We were also promised some "gifts" for signing a lease the day that we did. There going to be a big no show. We've been living here for 7 months now. I can't count the number of employees they've had at the front office. I don't know where the old ones are going or where they're getting the new ones. They need to look into a new staffing agency or something. As it is now, this place could be nice, COULD BE, but the management agency is just ruining it.
I personally won't be staying come the end of my lease.

I agree with this review. I lived here from 2004-2008 and the staff changes, but n ot a whole lot. A few people remained constant. However since the beginnine of 2008 I saw someone new every day. The "line of communication" does not get passed on appartently becuase no one knows what any one is talking about. They fired the best employee because she couldnt do her job because she had to take care of maintenace. I watched her get yelled at time and timed again by tenants because their apatrment was falling apart. Well the mainteance staff stood there in the same room and listened and walked away! The manangemnt agency needs to leave.
To themcgonical: did you live on featherhill? I was at 8200.

I totally agree. This is the worst place for maintenance I have ever seen. I am also angry that there are new people moving in who are paying about 300.00 less than me for the same apartment and getting 2 free months of rent. It would be cheaper for me to break my lease and move back in!!!! I totally agree that the community *could be nice* but it just isn't. I got better service in my college dorm room. You have to call the office every single day to get anything fixed and even then,it takes months. I called the corporate office 3 times and they won't even call me back. Apparently, this is just the way this company operates.
