The only good thing about this complex is the location. The apartments were built in the early '80s and have not been updated. Maintenance will not respond to problems. I had to escalate a heat pump problem up to the Lane Company as the rental office management were no help either. You will not get your security deposit back!

Update - After several calls to the rental office, I did finally get my deposit back.

i've lived here for a year and never again. they have hold appliances the stove top burners barely even work and they r crooked. it took them 4months after i moved in to repair my countertops which r cheap i ended up needing new countertops my carpet had to get clean the first day because they didnt do it the door to the apartment was busted they had to replace new locks my patio screen door had holes in it and i had to clean my stove fan because grease from the prior person that lived there never cleaned it.the place is so cheap that i can here my neighbor upstairs opening there sliding door closet and i can here them walking this place totally sucked.
