WELL, I CAME THERE IN MID SUMMER TO LEASE AN APARTMENT, I PAID THE 100$$$$ HOLD FEE,TO MOVE IN A MONTH AND HALF LATER.....WELL ONMU MOVE IN DATE THE APARTMENT WASN'T FIT FOR A MOUSE TO LIVE IN THE CARPET WAS OLD, AND APPLIANCES, THE BATHROOM SINKS WERE CRACKED UP, AND THE WOODWAS DRY ROTTED....THE HALLWAY SMELLED LIKED ''POOP'', AND IT WAS GRAFITTI ALLON THEWALLS IN BUILDINGS AND ALOT OF CHIPPING PAINT (A DARN MESS!!!)...I WAS PISSED I HAD TO REARRANGE EVERYTHING !!!!DUE TO THE FACT IT WASN'T READY...A WEEK LATER THEY SHOWED ME ANOTHER APARTMENT,ANDIT WAS WORST THAN THE FIRST ONE...I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE KITCHEN UPGRADED...SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PUT DOWN A 500$$$$ DEPOSIT, WHY''''' WHENIT WAS THEIR FAULTS THET THE APT WASN'T READY..AND I ALREADY PAID A DEPOSIT,,,,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..THE STAFF SUCKS!!!!AND THE APARTMENTS ARE OVERPRICED AND A HOT GHETTO MESS!!!!!!DONT EVEN DO IT LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH..............

You must be mistaken. I know the area and these and no new apartments. What you are describing is "pre-existing conditions" Cracked sinks?? Chipped paint?? Thats so petty! If they fixed EVERY SINGLE chip in the paint on the entire communinty...well..there isnt enough paint in the state. Your an idiot. A crack in the sink? It works well...hmmm lets REPLACE THE ENITE THING....a large cost and CHARGE THE RESIDENT MORE RENT. If you want brand new move to a new complex
