Quiet but windows are old and not energy efficient My only complaint is that the windows are old and not energy efficient. Electric bill is higher than it should be because of that. Just an FYI.

Love living here I moved in a couple of months of ago and have loved it. The office staff was great thru the whole process. They made the application process and signing the lease very easy. There were a few things in the apartment that needed to be fixed and maitenance was there the very next day.

Don t do it save your money ! Since we moved in we have nothing but floods from tenats above. The noise is unbearable that it sounds like a hard of elephants going threw are apartment. The only think that is good is The maintance Staff is wonderful they have done everything to try and help us.

Stay Far Away The only good thing about this complex is the location. The apartments were built in the early '80s and have not been updated. Maintenance will not respond to problems. I had to escalate a heat pump problem up to the Lane Company as the rental office management were no help

terrible i called in to report a problem needing repair. a couple of days later, i called back to check and they don't have on the record that my apt needs repair. i have to give them the information again. they are either lousy at taking down notes as what needed repair or just ignore
