Stay Far Away The only good thing about this complex is the location. The apartments were built in the early '80s and have not been updated. Maintenance will not respond to problems. I had to escalate a heat pump problem up to the Lane Company as the rental office management were no help

don't do it I lived there for two years. I left the complex in april of 2008. As of november 2008 i am still trying to get my security deposit back. I have been given the run around for months and still no answer.

terrible i called in to report a problem needing repair. a couple of days later, i called back to check and they don't have on the record that my apt needs repair. i have to give them the information again. they are either lousy at taking down notes as what needed repair or just ignore

management company is horrible. This was once a nice place. I lived here many years. Many, many years. As things in and around your apartment get old, outdated and break, you would think someone would do something about it. WRONG. I had my air conditioner replaced back in the early 90s.
