The Real Deal - pros and cons - I have lived in the Estates for almost 2 years. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: great location in a safe neighborhood and very close to the metro in case gas jumps back up to $4 a gallon. The amenities are good: washer/dryer, fitness center, gate (which usually works 75% of the time), very responsive maintainence team.
