If you like quiet neighbors, don't move here. Too much money for such a lousy apartment. I've been here for 3 months, and I hate it. The sales rep told me to my face that all the apartments are one level, no one will be on top of me. They lied. There's a whole apartment on top of mine and my ceiling is very thin. It sounds like an earthquake every time they walk and close their doors. I can hear them snoring in my bedroom. And when I told management, they just laughed at me. And their kids have parties every other weekend. I moved from out of town, so I didn't know better. Please, whatever you do, don't move here. There are many luxury apartments around here that are probably better. Or just make sure you have a 2nd floor apartment. I also live right near the maintenance shed, and the workers are louder than the tenants. You need to lug your trash to the corner. No utilities included in rent. I am ready to move.
