I have lived here for two years and have had no problems whatsover with the maintenance, management or grounds. The neighbors are very nice and the management is very responsive. My garage engine blew up as a result of an electrical storm last year and they had the entire engine replaced and working wonderfully in less than 4 days! Maintenance comes the same day whenever you call.

The pool is wonderful, the weight room is great and you can rent out their wonderful club house for a reasonable price.

The apartments have wonderful garages. Individual garages! The trash is picked up right at your door! Its just like living in a townhouse! Once owned by Berkshire Management, Town and Country now owns the apartments and it seems the service has actually gotten even better.

The location is absolutely the most convenient around. Seconds to 695, and the community is awesome, there is a Panera Bread, Sutton Place Gourmet, Starbucks Coffee, Barnes and Nobles, Pier 1 and full medical facility within less than a 1 mile radius, most in walking distance. Giant, Safeway, Sams Club, Target, Walmart and Owings Mills mall are all just as easily accesible.

The tenants are all mature (no elderly mature but responsible mature) people who pick up after their dogs (they empty the recepticles often)and wave and say hi.

I would highly recommend this community to anyone.
