I moved into the Courts of Avalon Last year, and think this is a wonderful place to live. The Community is quite and friendly. and the Staff is wonderful. last winter during the snow storm the maintance staff was out in full force plowing all the drivways and shoveling the walkway before the snow even stopped. Staff is always asking how my wife is and eager to learn of our latest vacations. The Courts of Avalon is a terrific place to live.

This resident must have moved into the only apartment in the development that didn't need any repairs. We and every resident we have met have had little response by management to needed repairs, and found that the property manager is aloof to the resident's needs or the state of disrepair of the property. It's ironic that this resident would measure the staff by questions about his wife or their lastest vacation. He should try to get something fixed in his apartment and see what the response will be. Also, the streets and driveways were repaved last year, and the service supervisor scraped them up badly while plowing last winter. He drove by and totally ignored my need for my driveway to be plowed, but instead allowed me to continue to shovel it out.
