These apartments are dumps, thinly disguised with a fresh coat of blindingly white, paint. The cheapest paint possible. Don't accidentally touch the walls, because you will leave a mark. Overall the workmanship in the entire place is totally shabby. There are the fancy little half arc windows that are visibly crooked and uneven. The built in bookcase with shelves that bow. The list goes on and on. When our neighbor next door lights up a cigarette, we can smell it in our apartment. Just poor, poor construction.

We have been in our apartment for about three weeks. We turned in our inspection sheet within the first week. So they had it for about 2.5 weeks. There are almost 20 items that need attention.

In those 2.5 weeks, maintenance has come by and fixed 2 of the items. Of which, one of the items was not actually fixed and we are having the same problem. Namely, the door to the garage area only needs a little push to open it....when it's LOCKED. Want our address so you can break in'

We have called the complex several times and are always told, "maintenance will be there first thing tomorrow". Of which, never happens.

On our latest call, we were told that maintenance had actually checked off ALL items as completed. Yeah, maybe if we were living in backwards world and by completed they mean not even looked at.

Last but not least, there is a security gate into the apartments. For the first 1.5 weeks, it was open all of the time. During this last week, it is sometimes closed, sometimes open. It's a wonderful "security" gate.

These are not cheap apartments. We are living in a 1340 sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with 2 car garage which is costing $1570 a month. And in 2.5 weeks we've had 1 item out of about 20 issues fixed.
