I'm surprised really. You have over 6 amenities to choose from. the apartments have all updated appliances with the smallest apartment being still over 1,000 sq ft. Location right near the beltway, center to shopping malls and restaurants. Maintenance staff works well, grass is always cut and pristine. The only downfall is if you accidentally pay rent late a day or so the fees are a bit steap.

The appliances in my apartment work completely fine, aren't cheap and i haven't had any problems. The residence at the waterstone has an apartment for 500 more a month than what i'm paying here for less sq. footage. I don't use the pool so i wouldn't know about the mgr. And the residence has parking like that as well...even in their visiting spots. And the machines in the fitness center aren't broke, I use them daily. I have no idea what you are talking about...the one ellipticals battery wore out, lol, which they replaced. Every other machine, both upper and lower body work fine!

The problem is in comparison to the apartments across the street, they don't compare. Have you used the fitness center at Courts of Avalon? Half of the machines are broken...even the CLOCK is broken and for some reason they stopped putting out the disinfectant for cleaning the machines. The pool - miniscule. And the manager sits outside at the pool swearing and smoking. Not professional - even if it is her day off. My mom has been in the apartment industry for years and would never be caught dead behaving like some of the CoA employees.
Sure, a few more have two car garages, but that still doesn't stop people from parking all over the place and sometimes in very dangerous locations on corners.
Have you used the appliances? They are cheap even if they look new. Doesn't mean they work well.
