This is/was a very nice complex. It's generally quiet, the apartments are spacious and I love having an attached garage. With that being said, I'm concerned about the declining state of the cleanliness of the property over the last several months. There are dog piles ALL over the place, seriously. We have bags/bins and people actually leave poop on the ground within 15 feet of the bin! People also frequently put their garbage out days early for pick-up and in addition to having to stare at piles of garbage for days, I often have to pick up trash that has blown down to the area around my unit. As another poster mentioned, I suspect that the complex is renting to individuals who are not paying their own rent. I would expect that someone who actually paid the rent here (it's pricey) would take more care to keep the community clean and nice. Something needs to be done very quickly or the place is going turn into a dump. The only tenants left will be the ones who are subsidized, because no one will be willing to pay nearly $2,000 of their own money to live here. I would still (so far) recommend this complex, because it has great potential, but my positive feelings are fading fast.
