I lived there for about almost a year. I am a single parent and I decided with the amount of rent I paid I should get a house. I did just that and was so happy until I told the office. They wanted me to pay so much money to break the lease. These apts rent very fast and I was shocked that they were worried about little me and my children that they sued me for the money. The apt was leased within 2 weeks when I left. We love our home, the American Dream. Except Town and Country didn't see it that way. I would never live there again.
