I have only lived here a few weeks so I will have to come back later to update this...but I am VERY pleased with my new apartment. The leasing staff is very friendly, the grounds are kept nicely, the garage is very well lit, and I hear very little noise (from others) while inside my unit. I would refer the Excalibur to friends and family.
