The building is great until you move in and live there. You can hear the people above you walking around and it can be very frustrating at times especially if there are kids. The maintencance over my two years of living there was pretty pathetic and always changing of staff. I had a leak in my shower and had to wait almost a month to be fixed. Great service.... NOT!! The carpets in the building are old dirty and never cleaned. Water often floods in the hallways downstairs. The office staff turn over on a regular basis and so does security. On some occassions the security don't even arrive for duty. Building doors are left open so anyone can come in and out. The garage door is always breaking down so anyone can come in and out of the garage so the safety is not the greatest. The toilets are always getting blocked. The leasing office rarely answer the phone when you call and don't return phone calls. The equipment in the gym rarely works and is never fixed in a timeleous manner. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
