Starting with the initial meeting, there was a sense of disorganization and a need for more professionalism. My initial appointment was conducted late because the representative I was meeting showed up late.
Throughout the process there was a lack of communication. I was told I could not move in on Saturday, July 10, yet the paperwork had my rent starting that Saturday. The last straw was when my electricity was cut the third day I moved in. It seems the previous occupant was negligent on his paying of the bills. Due to the prior tenant?s negligence, I would be without power until the coming Saturday. I hadn't even finished unpacking and already needed to move again. I then discovered roaches as I began to move out.
