First, the neighbors over my head move about like constructions workers! Totally nosie and very ignorant. More than 3 written request to the rental office just to find the rental agents changed and about a month later the mangement changed. Ironically, no one could find any of my written complaints. A few neighbors smoke in the apartment hallways and that is just a pleasant smell as you exit your apartment but the rental office will not do anything. By the way, I hope you like LOTS and LOTS of kids because they are all over the place. So, rent here if you like footballs thrown at your car windows, non responsive management and jack hammers roaring over your head all night!
