Maintenance requests go unawnswered until a call is made to baltimore County Housing Inspections then your request will be noted. The office staff has a high turnover rate. Problem neighbors are not addressed until the police are called. Please do not live here. There are plenty of tentants moving in who are not being screened. They live like animals and the staff expects you to do the same. The rent is too high to put up with sub-standard expectations.
