Let me first say that I was never able to believe the catchy apartment brochures showing overly friendly and helpful management and pro active maintenance associates who meet you at the door and genially assist you with your every need until you are completely satisfied with the results Yeah Right. That was until I met the staff here. Everyone is more than willing to help you, and very focused on resolving your concerns .. Yes, I could afford to move elsewhere, but why' . This "review" was obviously written by someone at the management company! And it is fine if they want to put their message out to the public, they have that right. However, to pose as a tenant is completely unacceptable to me. Notice how it was written by "Anonymous"? If a real person living in the community was actually so incredibly happy, why in the world would they be afraid to put their name on the "review"? Not only is this place as bad as it was when I last posted a message, it has gotten worse! Someone pulled the machinery that swings the front door to my building out of the woodwork last weekend and 3 days later it is still hanging in the middle of the doorway!! Rusted metal and jagged edges just hanging 3 feet down in the middle of the doorway. This is a completely hazardous thing that affects all people living in the building as well as how visitors view the community. And an employee of Owings Chase lives in my building!!!! I know they can't control the thugs they have allowed to move in but they can at least clean up after the people they will not evict. Owings Chase: Spend more time actually fixing your problems and less time trying to convince others that you live up to your promises.

You are absolutely correct in your assumptions. Management wants the outside of the community to look nice to passerbys. However, we know that more money is spent on lawn maintenace than inside the units. What a dump!!

The writer must work there. The place is crap. Period. Has been for 3 years.
