Complete Nightmare

I wouldn't recommend anyone to Owings Chase Apts. The office and maintenance staff are incompetent and the apartments are not worth the money you pay. The complex has a serious rodent problem and the apartments are very poorly and carelessly put together. They don't care about you as a tenant. Don't move here!!! I wish someone would have told me.
