The staff is ghetto, rude and etc. They don't accomodate the renters, with emergency maintenace, noise issues. They have rats, snakes, termites. They dogs do there business everywhere. Not enough closet space. Overall This place just isn't worth the cost that you will pay monthly.

I concur with many of the remarks with regards to St. Charles. Thank god I was not a casualty. Having applied for an apartment a few weeks ago, St Charles staff told me I was approved for a marvelously modernize apartment. On my move in date, which was the same date I had to pay the first months rent along with a security deposit, I was told the apartment that I was approved for was rented to another person. The staff was very amateurish and appeared to be a little uneducated. In addition, I drove around the compound and it was utter disarray. The tenants appeared unclean and the grounds were the same. The odor coming out of the hallway was ghastly. In fact, after realizing they made a blunder, St Charles tried to put me in a low down crappy apartment. They told me all the appliances were contemporary. When I went into the apartment the appliances looked over 10 years old. There was a dryer the color of mustard and there was a white washing machine with wheels. Furthermore, there were also mice traps in the kitchen closet and the window blinds were bent out of shape. Lastly, the kitchen cabinets were aged and remains from the last tenant remained. I went to the staff and told them the apartment was unacceptable and I was led to believe this was a virtuous community. Well, they look at me like I took something. One of the staff persons, a skinny sickly woman, says to me, "I don't know what would make you think these appliances were going to be new". I thought I was in the twilight zone. I am just so happy I did not sign a lease or give them any monies. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE POOL, CAR WASH, GYM AND CLUBHOUSE. TRUST ME ST. CHARLES AT OLDE COURT SUCKS.

Rats, snakes, and termites??? You just sound like someone who couldn't keepup with their rent and was evicted. The closet space is more than enough, I am not even in the master bedroom and I have two spacious closet's in my room? What are you talking about???
