You can never find anything that is perfect in this world. I really like living here. Whenever i have a issue the respond quickly and try their best. When it is not done to my liking i have been known for contacting regional managers to have it reevaluated. I love the fact that young children are always outside playing around. Plenty of parking even during the summer. The people are very friendly. The leasing offices trys to always be prof. however they are human so sometimes they have there days. Overall I love it here and always feel safe.
In regard to parking, noice, grounds, safety....
Parking - a lot
Noise - I never here my neighbors
Grounds - I love the landscaping
Safety - very safe area lots of families around
Construction - Very Minimal everything works and the layout is extremely roomy
Maintenance - Comes quickly and the are the best people I've ever met.
Staff - The are pretty cool.
