Over all the place is not that bad, however it is not a great or even good place to live. I mean, once you complain about anything they give you attitude. We keep having fires and they do NOT provide fire eqipment and the apartments only have one fire alarm. Its a business that is not here to help you unless you are signing a contract. The guards at the gate let anyone in and if you drive on the'resident' side=the gate just open up! There are no swings for toodlers, the people at the pool are young and loud(I have been here since the summer) and the place has lots of mice, i do agree. They show you one apartment and you get a completly different one with different cabinets, and so many cracks and spots in the wall you will want to put things up every where. Save yourself a headach and move some where nicer.
