My fiance' and I just moved in a month ago. Like any apartment there is good and bad. We elected to get a renovated apartment which means we have new cabinets and counter tops. The range and washer/dryer look a little dated to me, but aren't terrible. Maintenance covers the cable and phone jacks in the wall whenever someone moves out so you have to pay to have them re-installed when you move in. That makes no sense to me. Also, a few of the electrical outlets appear to have been put in my amateurs...very sloppy work. The quality of the cable wiring is poor. When the Comcast technician finally arrived he discovered that only one jack worked. We wound up having to split that one jack three ways for our tvs and internet...again sloppy. You're better off getting DirecTV if your apartment faces the correct side of the building. The alarms require traditional phone service which no one told us...we have internet phone service. The floor in the kitchen sinks in a little. What they call a 3rd bedroom is really a den. If you use wireless internet you're going to have a problem with "drops" due to the close proximity of the apartments. There are was around this problem, but I'll leave it to you to figure out what you'll need. :) There was no cable jack in the guest bedroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom only has a shower. Don't know why the bath/shower was put in the guest bathroom.

On the positive side, the apartment is very large. We just moved from a small townhouse in Owings Mills and our current apartment is much larger than what we had. I haven't seen any mice in our apartment, our building or the parking lot. I should also mention that we have a very active cat so that really isn't a concern. We're also on the third floor. Our apartment has a large amount of closet space. Our neighbors are very polite and everyone will at least say hello when they pass by. Our building is also quiet. Parking hasn't been a problem, but I do wish the gate was more secure than it is. The fitness center is really nice as is the pool. The community is well kept. The staff has been very professional in our dealings with them. The club house is nice.

Oh, I should mention that rent has to be paid electronically or mailed to the corporate office. It cannot be paid at the leasing office.
