If you want to live in a high crime, drug dealing, unsafe apt.complex with an exceptionally uncaring & incompetent management staff then this is the place for you! Management will not return phone calls or take care of complaints or issues. They simply choose to ignore your requests. There's alot of shady stuff going on, major drug busts, gun fire, vandalism, you name it - they got it and they simply say it "an isolated incident". Aside from this, it's noisy, alot of yelling going on, kids sitting on other people's cars, shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. The rent is too high for such an environment. Getting out now before something really really bad happens.

scaredrenterinmd doesn't know what they are talking about I have lived at this community for 10 years and have loved every minute. Management has always responded to my questions and or concerns. The staff is very enjoyable and always willing to help. I am not sure where scaredrenterinmd was talking about but it certainly couldn't have been where I have lived for 10 years.

I live in here now and I dont know what part this person lives in but I love this place.I have never had any of these problems and the only reason Iam moving is because I cant afford the rent now(Iam actually considering staying still).Maintance is always right on time fixing things,never had a problem with kids,no bugs,mice or anything else and in the 2 years I haven't seen any drig bust or actually no police problem period.
