When I we first moved in the staff was friendly, and everything was fixed promptly. That soon changed. I have to call maintence two or three times or write a letter to the property manager personally to get something fixed. When they fix something, they do a shoddy patch up job and I have to call again in a few weeks (ex: they used a paperclip to fix my toilet). Then there's the mice! My apartment was treated several times! The people that worked in the office got an attitude whenever I called. When maintenance or the pest control company came they stopped leaving notices, or they would claim to have fixed the problem but they did nothing at all. The office staff acted like I was crazy because I never saw a mouse; they just happened to leave thier turds around. They even told me to collect them in a ziploc baggie as proof! Not to mention the time I came home to find mouse traps in my oven. I can't wait to get out of here!!!!!!! I've been searching for the 'superior living" that they brag about and that I pay for for three years. And to think everytime I tried to fill out their on-line survey, the system was down.
