St. Charles at Olde Court 57% Recommended May 06 2008: My fiance' and I just moved in a month ago. Like any apartment there is good and bad. We elected to get a renovated apartment which means we have new cabinets and counter tops. The range and washer/dryer look a Brittany Apartments 85% Recommended Apr 23 2008: I moved into The Brittany sight unseen from out-of-state having found the property online and upon the recommendation of a work contact and I was very happy with the results. The only reason I'm moving is to accommodate a boyfriend Courts of Avalon 38% Recommended Apr 20 2008: I read the comment the person said about the noise I have no problem in my two bedroom apartment.the staff is wonderful very helpful.Maintenance always come to take care of issue when i need it. Brittany Apartments 85% Recommended Apr 09 2008: DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE UNLESS YOUR LAWYER IS PRESENT FOR THE LEASE SIGNING!! IT'S AS IF YOU CAN NEVER GET OUT OF YOUR LEASE IF YOU STAY BEYOND ONE YEAR. I STAYED ONE YEAR AND 3 MONTHS, GAVE Estates Apartments 58% Recommended Mar 27 2008: We've been living at the Estates for a couple weeks now. The apartment inside looks good: new painting, new kitchen appliances, enough daylight. It is also pretty quiet there and we feel safe. The outside and the gym are nice. |
