At first sight of these apartments... yeah their not bad. Go around the circle to what you will actually be living in and see. There is trash all over the grounds, teenagers hanging around the stairs at 1230am and used condoms and food on the stairwells. People beeping their horns at 6am and teenagers peeling out with lous music at the am hours. If you dont have a washer and dryer you'll be up all night trying to get clothes done. Its not really the staff it is the tenants. They dont take care of the buildings. Kids of all ages running around with no parents. Staff is ok, they dont call you back but maintenance has been no problems. I guess when you live in a tax break community, that is what you get, the ghetto. Not worth the money.
