I have been living at Brenbrook when Equity owned it. That is one of the main reasons why I choose this place. The property manager cared and so did the old office assistant and staff that did the up keep there. Items that I needed fixed or concerns that I had were addressed in 24 hours or less. There was a cop that lived there that did security and the area felt like it was ok to go out and about at night.
Now Quest Management owns and operates where I live. The property manager is full of hot air. There has been a rapid decay of the value of the apartments and buildings. The appeal of the property has good for EXCELLENT to Deplorable. There is trash in the halls, mice all over, over filled dumpsters that sit there until trash day, bulk items all over and then stored by the office until they think they have enough for removal, abandon cars, concrete falling apart on stair ways, burnt out lights, POOR SERIVCE for request to have your apartment fixed. I have been writing letters and calling for 2 months on 3 series items in my apartment and still no one has come! Snow removal is the worse, we are on with a bad contractor so the manager says and we do not get plowed out until mid afternoon or at all. The windows are old and so are the sliding glass doors. Screens have MAJOR holes in them and they do not want to replace them. The rent was ok for Equity, but now they want to charge more money and have NOTHING to show for it. No improvements no nothing. Quest is so money sucking at Brenbrook that they do not have a web page or posting of how to get a hold of them at all. I am paying money now because I am stuck in a lease with these creators that will bleed this place dry until the state calls this place unsanitary and condemns it.
Save your money and you time and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the defecation that rats leave as the run away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!
