Dianne, who is the manager at Brenbrook Apartment is doing a very horrible job. She is not professional at all. She treats residents like dirt. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The assistant manager, Linda is doing an ok job but she doesn't know how to make decisions without the manager's presence. The manager, Dianne is not people friendly. She says one thing and does another. She is not consistent in her words. She lies when confronted and treats people like second rate citizens. She doesn't return your calls in a timely manner and when she finally calls, she acts as if she doing you a favor by allowing you to stay in that appartment. If you are paying your bills, you are a customer and she needs to respect you especially if you respect her. The owner of the building should consider changing her. I only stayed there for 10 months. It was so bad that i had to get out of the lease and pay the consequence of it. I am living in a better area with good decent management. Dianne should go back to management school and learn about customer service.
